Q2 Exterior Reports

Q2 Exterior Reports

Clear visual exterior documentation for homeowners, agents, and contractors who want to understand visible concerns before choosing the next step or requesting an optional handoff.

What it is

A homeowner-requested, consent-based visual documentation package using drone photos, exterior photos, visible-condition notes, measurement-supported context, urgency guidance, and optional contractor handoff to reviewed trade partners.

What’s Included

What the report includes

Drone overview photos

Wide roof views captured from above where safe, legal, and appropriate.

Exterior detail photos

Closer photos of visible concerns such as missing shingles, lifted shingles, exposed areas, damaged flashing, clogged or damaged eavestroughs, fascia concerns, or storm-related exterior issues.

Visible-condition notes

Plain-language notes on visible roof and exterior concerns that may need contractor attention.

Basic measurement-supported context

A simple roof-area or scope context where available, used to help homeowners and contractors understand the job before a site visit.

Urgency category

Simple categories such as Monitor, Repair soon, or Urgent review recommended.

Recommended next step

Guidance such as keep for records, request a repair quote, request a replacement quote, or have a contractor review before the next storm or winter season.

Contractor-ready summary

A clean report summary that can be shared with a reviewed local exterior contractor when handoff is requested.

Optional contractor handoff

With homeowner permission, Q2 can send the report to a reviewed contractor partner or vetted trade partner for quote follow-up.

What It Is / What It Isn’t

Built for clarity, with clear limits.

What it is

A Q2 exterior report is first-look visual documentation of what can be seen from the exterior. It helps homeowners, agents, and contractors understand visible concerns, prepare the next conversation, and decide whether an optional contractor handoff makes sense.

What it isn’t

It is not a structural engineering report, home inspection, insurance adjustment, code-compliance review, workmanship warranty, or guarantee that hidden damage does or does not exist. Contractor quotes, repairs, warranties, and project execution are provided by independent contractor partners unless otherwise stated.
